Septic, Cistern & Well Pump

For properties beyond municipal water and sewer — septic systems, cisterns, and well pump repair and replacement.

01

Septic Tank Installation

When you need it: New construction outside of municipal sewer service, failed existing system, or upgrading an old septic tank.

How we do it

  1. 1Site evaluation and perc test coordination
  2. 2Obtain permits from the local sewage enforcement agency
  3. 3Excavate and install the tank and distribution system
  4. 4Connect to the building sewer and install the drainfield
  5. 5Final inspection and backfill

Septic systems are underground wastewater treatment structures that use a combination of a tank and drainfield. Designs and permits vary by county and sewage enforcement authority.

02

Cistern Installation & Service

When you need it: Properties that need water storage — rural areas, supplemental storage for well systems, or rainwater collection.

How we do it

  1. 1Determine tank size and placement based on usage and supply
  2. 2Excavate and prepare the tank bed
  3. 3Set the cistern and connect supply and distribution piping
  4. 4Install pump and pressure system if needed
  5. 5Test and commission
03

Well Pump Repair

When you need it: Low water pressure, pump cycling on and off, no water at all, or strange noises from the pressure tank or pump.

How we do it

  1. 1Diagnose the issue — pressure switch, tank, pump motor, or drop pipe
  2. 2Repair or replace the faulty component
  3. 3Test pressure and flow rate
  4. 4Adjust pressure settings and verify consistent operation

Common well pump types include submersible pumps (deep wells) and jet pumps (shallow wells). If you're not sure what kind of pump you have, we'll identify it during diagnosis.

04

Well Pump Replacement

When you need it: Pump motor failure, significantly reduced flow rate that repairs can't fix, or upgrading to a more efficient system.

How we do it

  1. 1Pull the existing pump from the well
  2. 2Select the correct replacement based on well depth and demand
  3. 3Install the new pump, drop pipe, and wiring
  4. 4Set pressure switch, test flow, and verify operation
